Building Services
The Building Services department is responsible for all permitting efforts within the City of Harrisburg. Building Services provides records, reviews and issues permits, and performs building inspections. A major focus of the department is to ensure that commercial and residential buildings, structures, and developments comply with International Building Code and all other applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances.
