The Harrisburg Library will be CLOSED part of today, April 9th due to a power outage at Liberty Elementary. It sounds as though they will not be able to get it completely repaired until this afternoon, so we will shoot for reopening at 4 pm. We will re-post if this changes. So sorry for any inconvenience. Library patrons can now access the Harrisburg Community Library Catalog online for your own device. You can search by title, author or subject. You are also able to see if the item is available for check-out. The Harrisburg Community Library is located at 200 E Willow Street on the east side of the Harrisburg Liberty Elementary School building. All residents of Lincoln County can get a library card by showing proof of residency. Digital library cards are also available for anyone interesting in checking out ebooks from our digital library.

Gently used books, DVDS and CDs will be accepted as donations at the discretion of the library staff. The library has the right to reject or sell any donated item. Donations are generally accepted based on a number of critieria including condition, subject matter, author, availability, timeliness and price. Some donations not needed may be sold to raise money for the library.
