The City of Harrisburg Public Works is offering a Christmas tree drop-off site for residents wishing to dispose of their real tree. Properly disposing of real trees reduces the amount of waste deposited in landfills.
Drop off is available Wednesday, December 27th, 2023 - Friday, January 12th, 2024.
Location: 801 S Prairie Street. Please deposit trees in the black trailer located just outside the gate to your right.
Trees must be clean—no remaining ornaments, lights, tinsel, or foreign materials.
Sorry- no wreaths or other greenery will be accepted due to wires and unrecyclable items.
