Offices at City Hall will be closed Wednesday October 5th thru Friday, October 7th. There will be limited email and voicemail services until Friday, October 7th at 12pm. Staff will be attending the South Dakota Municipal League Annual Conference in Watertown, SD. The Public Works Department will operate normal hours.
