Are you interested in growing your own produce, but aren’t sure where to start? Or maybe you’ve been gardening for many years and want to learn something new. Join us this summer for Gardening Basics! This class is open to all age groups, is well suited for families, and includes classroom instruction and hands-on application.

Participants will have the opportunity to plant, grow, and maintain crops throughout the South Dakota growing season under the guidance of local master gardeners. All materials, to include plants and equipment, will be provided. We will share plots at Grand Gardens, the community gardening space. There is no cost to sign up.

An informational meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 1st, 2022, at 6:30pm in the Harrisburg Post # 45 American Legion Hall. If you are unable to attend, please contact City Hall at 605-767-5078 and ask for Larry.
