Notice to Water and Sewer Customers:
The City of Harrisburg is transitioning to a new billing system and as a result:
Your February bill (for January) usage will be delayed. Normally bills are mailed on the 1st, this month they will be mailed on the 6th.
Automatic payments that you currently have setup through the City or PSN will no longer be active. (Automatic Payments setup with your personal bank, bill pay, will continue to work).
The customer portal for our new billing system will be live next week for setting up new automatic payments. We will post more information and send out mailers.
There will be NO late fees assessed in February, March, and April to allow time for residents and customers to set up new automatic payment plans.
