Notice #2 to Water and Sewer Customers:
The City of Harrisburg is migrating to a new billing system and as a result:
February bills were sent out late.
Automatic payments that you have set up will no longer be active.
The customer portal for the new billing system is expected to be live in the next two weeks. We will post another notice when customers may access the new portal through the City website. From there you will be able to establish new auto-pay or make a one-time payment.
There will be NO late fees assessed in February, March, and April to allow time for residents and customers to transition to the new system.
