Notice #3 to Water and Sewer Customers:
The City of Harrisburg has completed the utility billing software migration.
Customers may now access the new portal. Please visit https://harrisburgsd.frontdeskgworks.com/ to review the Account Creation Instructions and complete your account setup, including enrolling in automatic payments.
As a reminder, there will be NO late fees assessed in February, March, and April to allow time for all customers to transition to the new system.
